APPLICATION FOR ACCESS TO INFORMATION
In accordance with Section 18 of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2019 (Act 989), an application to access information at the Eastern Regional Coordinating Council (ERCC) shall be made in writing or orally.
Application in writing shall satisfy the following;
- Be addressed to the Information Officer, Eastern Regional Coordinating Council
- Contain sufficient description or particulars to enable the requested information to be easily identified
- Indicate the form and manner of access required (e.g. inspection, copies, electronic format)
- State the capacity of the applicant, where the application is made on behalf of another person
- State the name of the applicant and an address to which communication or notice can be sent
- Provide valid identification of the applicant
- Be signed by the applicant
