The newly appointed Eastern Regional Chief Pharmacist embarked on a familiarization visit to District Health Directorates and Health facilities in the region from June to September.
This exercise is one of the key strategies to look into facilities’ challenges and gain insights into operations downstream, build relationships, and align their vision with the operational reality of the facilities this office oversees.
This is expected to go a long way to address challenges affecting optimal health outcomes and propose solutions that will mitigate these issues in both the short and long term.
